Now is the time to improve system performance and cut energy use:
Variable frequency drives: $40-$50 per horsepower.
Energy recovery ventilators: $0.70-$1 per cubic foot per minute (cfm).
Demand-controlled ventilation: $0.25 per cfm reduced, plus $500 per rooftop/air-handling unit.
(Incentives increased for all HVAC measures, excluding chillers.)

LED troffers and high/low bay fixtures: Enjoy increased incentives across nearly all lighting categories.
(Lighting power density is the only measure not included in the increase.)
