outage alerts

We work to provide the reliable energy you depend on, but spring and summer weather in Wisconsin can be dangerous. Lightning, high winds, flooding and extreme heat can cause damage that lead to outages.

Prepare now by signing up for outage notifications. If an outage happens, you’ll get the latest information delivered by push notification, text, phone call or email. Sign up in our app or on our website (go to ‘Notification Settings’).

Outage alerts you’ll receive:

  • Power outage occurrence
  • Estimated time of restoration
  • Repair status
  • Power restored

Always report a power outage in the app, on our website or by calling 800-662-4797 to better help us identify the outage and coordinate restoration.

Have a kit in place

An emergency kit can help you plan ahead and keep your family safe. Store the items together in a designated area.

Items to include:

  • Charged power bank for your cell phone
  • Working flashlights
  • Battery-powered radio, TV or public alert device for local weather and news
  • First-aid supplies
  • Water
